The Country Patriot with his original God and country show is a high energy, musical, variety show. The program consists of good music of all types including: Country, Pop, Gospel, Patriotic, etc. Featuring David Overstreet with his rich baritone voice, and his electric keyboard, guitar, sound trax orchestrations, along with good clean home spun humor.

He is in great demand across the United States and Canada, appearing at State Fairs, Country Fairs, RV Manufacturer Rallys, Good Sam Club Samborees, churches, private parties, civic clubs, etc. David Overstreet, the Country Patriot, was born and raised in Southern Illinois, started singing and playing the piano when he was nine years old, recorded his first recording at ten years old, a local favorite for many years. He made it all the way to the stage of the Grand Ole Opry.

I am interested in coming to entertain your group. I believe that I have the type of program that most folks want to see and hear. It is good, clean family style entertainment. I want my show to make you feel good about yourself and about our land of America. I want it to tug at your heart strings. I see people laugh as I mimic some of the great Country Western singers, such as Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, etc... I also tell a few good, clean funny stories that people seem to enjoy. I see people weep as I relate my experiences growing up in a two room house in rural, southern Illinois, singing in church as a youth, and then being a Country Western singer in night spots across southern Illinois. I see people stand to their feet as I sing songs about God and this great country of ours, such songs as "God Bless the USA," "How Great Thou Art," "The Ragged Old Flag," and "America the Beautiful."

I share good country music, gospel music, and patriotic music for a good hour or longer if desired. I sing with my guitar, electric piano, and sound track orchestrations. You may think this is all just promotional rhetoric and dismiss it from your mind, but you will never know for certain unless you give me a chance to prove myself.
